How quiet is this walking pad really?

At below 45dB, it's quieter than normal office conversation. Most users report they can walk at comfortable speeds without the sound interfering with video calls or focus work.

Can I use this while typing or on video calls?

Yes, that's the design's primary advantage. The smooth, consistent motion and low noise level make it suitable for working while walking at slower speeds (1-2 MPH).

What's the difference between this and a regular treadmill?

Walking pads are designed specifically for slower speeds and smaller footprints. They're meant for movement while working, not running or high-intensity workouts.

Look for models with app connectivity for tracking your daily steps and distance. The incline feature is especially valuable as it engages more muscles compared to flat walking surfaces, making your work-from-home fitness more effective without taking up much space.
