Can this fog machine be used outdoors?

Yes, it is marketed for both indoor and outdoor use. Wind will disperse the fog quickly, so a sheltered spot gives the best effect, and the unit and cord should be kept dry.

Does it work with DMX controllers?

Yes. It supports DMX control, so you can integrate it with a lighting console or controller, and it also includes a wireless remote for simple standalone use.

How long does the 2.5 liter tank last?

Run time depends on how often and how long you trigger the fog. Short bursts stretch the fluid much further than continuous output, so a single fill can cover most of an evening event.

Who Should Buy This?

This fog machine suits anyone who wants a dramatic atmosphere without buying separate fog and lighting gear. It works well for Halloween haunted yards, wedding entrances, Christmas displays, DJ sets and small stage shows. The DMX support also makes it a fit for hobbyist lighting setups, while the wireless remote keeps things simple for casual hosts. If you only need a quick spooky effect for a small room, a smaller unit may be enough.

Buying Tip

Use only fog fluid that is compatible with your machine, and check the manual for the recommended type. Allow the heater to warm up fully before triggering fog, and never run it dry. For outdoor use, place it on a stable surface away from wind and keep the power cord protected from moisture. Look for a surface that is level, and plan for a few minutes of warm-up before your event starts.
